Decorations Questions
How much do onboard decorations cost?
Decoration packages start at $95 for an Essentials setup (banner + 15 balloons + color theme), $195 for the Celebration package with custom cake, and $350+ for premium / proposal setups. WhatsApp us for a custom quote.
What occasions do you decorate for?
Birthdays, bachelorette parties, anniversaries, proposals, gender reveals, graduations, retirements — and any private celebration. We've handled almost every occasion. If you have something unusual in mind, just ask.
Can you arrange a custom cake?
Yes. We work with a local bakery for custom flavors, themes, and writing. Order at least 5 days in advance for full customization. Standard sheet cakes can usually be arranged with 48 hours' notice.
When are decorations set up?
Everything is set up 1-2 hours before you board so the boat is photo-ready when you walk on. For surprises, the celebrant has no idea — we coordinate with whoever is planning the surprise to make sure it stays a secret.
Can I bring my own decorations?
Yes — you're always welcome to bring your own. The crew will help set up. Just no glitter, confetti, or anything that could blow into the water (we keep the ocean clean).
Do you do proposals on the boat?
All the time. The Proposal & Premium package includes a "Will You Marry Me?" sign (or your wording), rose petals, premium tiered cake, champagne, and a coordinated photo moment. We can also add an onboard photographer for a custom quote.
