How far is Fajardo from San Juan?
Fajardo is about 35 miles (56 km) east of San Juan via the PR-66 expressway. The drive takes 45-60 minutes in normal traffic, or up to 90 minutes during morning rush hour (7-9am weekdays). Weekend mornings are usually smooth.
Can I just take an Uber or rent a car?
You can, but Uber availability in Fajardo is inconsistent — you might wait 30-45 minutes for a pickup after your charter, which is the last thing you want after a full day on the water. Car rentals add parking stress at the marina. Our private transfer is door-to-door and fully coordinated with your charter time.

What time will you pick me up?
We'll confirm your exact pickup time when you book. For a morning charter departure, pickup is usually 1 hour before the boat leaves (accounting for traffic). We'll send a reminder the day before with the exact time and driver contact.
Do you pick up from Airbnbs or private residences?
Yes — just share the address when you book. We serve all areas of the San Juan metro including Condado, Isla Verde, Old San Juan, Miramar, Santurce, Ocean Park, Río Piedras and more.
What if our charter gets cancelled due to weather?
If we cancel the charter for weather or safety reasons, the transportation fee is fully refunded along with your charter deposit. Your choice to reschedule or get a full refund — no questions asked.
